VISION MISSION

VISION MISSION

Vision :

The European Domestic Glass Association and its members feel the responsibility to represent and defend centuries of European glass artistry, craftsmanship and industry, while driving the safe, sustainable, and competitive production of domestic glass across the continent.

Glass is a key enabler to achieve Europe’s climate, health, and circular economy objectives—combining design, durability, recyclability, and sustainability to deliver long-term benefits for consumers and the environment.

Mission :

We organize the exchange of information within the European domestic glass sector as well as other associations and interest groups on issues of common interest in the environmental, scientific, technical, health & safety, social, economic and legal fields concerning the glass industry

We facilitate the emergence and implementation of common solutions and positions to manage these areas, creating when necessary internal Working Group. We provide insights to its members to promote the decarbonization of the domestic glass industry

We represent the domestic glass sector’s common interests towards public and private international organizations and, more particularly, towards the European Union authorities and related bodies.
